Our Service allows you to view content from third-party platforms. When you access this content, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of those respective platforms. MultiVue is a playback tool and is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of these services.
To access certain features, such as saving playlists, you must create an account. We offer optional paid "Pro" subscription plans that provide access to enhanced features like cloud storage. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to their terms of service.
Our Pro plans include generous allotments for cloud storage and data transfer. This policy exists to prevent service abuse (e.g., using the service as a public file host or for commercial resale) and ensure a high-quality experience for all users. If an account's usage is determined to be excessive and outside the scope of personal use, we will contact the user to find a solution before applying any limitations.
The Service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
